The short version

GoofAI is operated by Eniva LLC. You create an account and upload two photos so we can generate the images you ask for. We do not sell your photos or your data, and we use them only to run the service.

What we collect

Your account e-mail, the photos you upload, your preferences, the images you generate, your subscription and credit status, and limited product events such as checkout, generation, and sharing. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.

What happens to your photos

Photos uploaded before a purchase are temporary and are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. After a purchase, your selected photos and generated results are attached to your account so you can revisit them. You can permanently delete your account from Settings at any time — that removes your account data and stored media and ends your subscription.

What we never do

We never sell your photos or use them for advertising. Sharing a result is always your choice. We do not use your photos to make genetic or medical predictions.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of providers to run GoofAI — payment processing, hosting and storage, AI image generation, and, only with your consent, advertising measurement. Each receives only what it needs to do its job under its own agreement with us. Your photos and prompts are never shared for advertising.

Advertising measurement choice

Advertising measurement tools do not load before you allow them. We remember your choice for one year in a first-party preference cookie and browser storage so we don't ask on every page. When you allow measurement, we may use first-party browser and ad-click identifiers to connect a purchase to the ad that led you to GoofAI and to prevent duplicate conversion reporting. Photos and prompts are never included in this measurement.

Your rights

You can delete your account in Settings. Questions, access, or deletion requests can also be sent to hello@eniva.io and we'll respond as required by applicable law.
