Agreement

GoofAI is an entertainment service operated by Eniva LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. Generated images are AI-made for fun — they are not a genetic prediction, a medical product, or a promise about any real future child.

Your photos, your permission

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Upload photos of another person only with their explicit permission. Never upload photos of minors. We may review content, remove it, and close accounts that break these rules, and we will report suspected child exploitation to the relevant authorities.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to harass, impersonate, defame, deceive, or harm anyone. Don't create sexual or explicit content, don't use generated images in any misleading or unlawful way, and don't interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service.

Subscription and credits

GoofAI is a paid subscription. The checkout and paywall always show the exact price, the credits included, and the next renewal date before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from Settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the period you already paid for. Because the service delivers digital content immediately, consumption starts at purchase. We may change prices and plans; for an active subscription, changes apply from your next renewal.

Your images

You own the images you generate and may use them personally. We use the photos you upload and the images you generate only to provide the service — see the Privacy Policy.

Refunds

A failed, moderated, or missing generation never spends the credits it reserved — they return automatically so you can try again. That is not an automatic cash refund. For billing mistakes, duplicate charges, or rights you have under applicable law, contact us and we will review the payment.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
